Work that keeps repeating

The big decisions are not what slows your team down.

It is everything in between. Understanding requests. Gathering information. Creating deliverables. Checking files. Operating tools. Handing work over. Similar every time. Manual every time.

01Repetition

The work starts from scratch every time.

Every new request has to be understood, prepared, and carried through the same steps—even though the path is already well known.

02Time tied up

Expertise is not the problem. Time is.

Your team can design, advise, and make decisions. Instead, they spend hours on research, drafts, documentation, and system work.

03Manual work

Too many manual steps stand between an idea and its result.

The process is not slow because of one major step. It is ten small tasks that people have to repeat every single time.

The invisible ceiling on growth

As long as every additional request creates the same manual workload, effort is not the only thing that grows. New enquiries wait longer, results arrive later, and additional revenue remains limited by your team’s available time.

What work looks like today

Too much expertise disappears into daily admin.

Understanding requests, gathering documents, transferring data, and following up. No single step is especially large. Together, they tie up the people who should be advising clients, making decisions, and improving results.

  • gathering paper and information
  • moving data between tools
  • following up on questions and handovers
A small office team surrounded by paper stacks, a printer, and repetitive administrative work

The turning point

The process already exists.
It is simply still trapped in your team’s heads.

We turn it into an agent that carries out the repeatable part of the work through to the result. Your capacity can grow without every additional request creating the same manual burden again.

What changes in the workday

The system executes. Your team decides.

The agent carries out the repeatable steps in the background and keeps progress visible. Your team reviews the result, decides at agreed checkpoints, and steps in only where experience is required.

  • a visible process instead of open piles
  • a finished result instead of intermediate work
  • human approval remains part of the workflow

When the workflow does the work

Imagine turning requests into results faster—without asking your team to carry an ever-growing workload.

What happens in between depends on your business. The agent can research, analyse, create, review, document, operate systems, and deliver results—following the exact process your team already uses today.

  • a shorter path from request to result
  • more capacity for additional work
  • more time for clients, decisions, and growth

From request to result

The agent does not automate a single click. It takes over the workflow in between.

The deliverable depends on your business. The flow stays clear: understand the request, execute the work, review the result, and hand it over.

  1. 01
    Request

You define what needs to be created.

The agent receives a clear request through text, voice message, form submission, or a system event.

  2. 02
    Context

The agent understands the goal and requirements.

It draws on the agreed knowledge, existing materials, rules, and examples for this specific process.

  3. 03
    Execution

It carries out the actual work.

The agent researches, analyses, creates, documents, and operates the agreed tools step by step.

  4. 04
    Approval

    A person makes the decision.

Before anything is published, sent, or committed, you see the result and its context, then approve it or request changes.

    Human approval
  5. 05
    Result

    The finished result is delivered.

After approval, the agent publishes, hands over, or stores the result and documents what happened.

Your businessYour process determines the work

One principle, many processes

Your process determines what the agent does.

Some processes produce content or designs. Others produce analyses, documents, reviews, datasets, or published results. That is why we do not start with an industry or a specific tool. We start with the recurring work inside your business.

  • Create: content, designs, analyses, documents, or other clearly defined deliverables
  • Execute: connected steps across the tools your team already uses
  • Hand over: reviewed, documented, and approved at the right decision points

A productised scope

One real process—not your entire business at once.

The starter project automates one connected workflow from a defined request to a verifiable result. This creates meaningful relief without turning the engagement into an open-ended development project.

Project scope / starter-01DEFINED
WITHIN THE BOUNDARYIncluded in the starter project
  • Analysis and definition of one existing business process
  • Mapping of the connected steps from initial request to finished result
  • One defined input, such as text, a form, a system event, or voice
  • Connection of the tools, knowledge sources, and output channels agreed in scope
  • Defined human-approval and stop points
  • Testing with realistic cases and documented expectations
  • Technical handover and operational onboarding
INTENTIONALLY OUTSIDENot included in the starter scope
  • Full automation of an entire department
  • Unlimited tools, edge cases, or additional processes
  • Open-ended custom development without a clear workflow boundary
  • Complex standalone platforms, extensive role models, or open-ended product development
  • Legal or data-protection advice

Safety through visible boundaries

Automation stops where responsibility begins.

Control is not an emergency exit added afterwards. It is built into the process before the agent publishes, sends, or commits anything.

Control centre / process-014 SAFETY LAYERS
01

Approval points

Critical steps stop and show the responsible person the context, proposal, and consequences.

02

Limited access

The agent receives only the permissions and data required for its defined process.

03

Acceptance tests

Standard cases, error cases, incomplete inputs, and approvals are tested before handover.

04

Traceability

Inputs, decisions, handovers, and results are documented to the agreed extent.

From the way you work to a working agent

We do not build on assumptions. We map what already works today.

  1. 01Understand

    Make your work visible

We break down a real request into steps, knowledge, tools, decisions, and the expected result.

  2. 02Build

    Put the agent to work

The agent receives the agreed capabilities and executes the process according to the way your team works.

  3. 03Test

    Test with real requests

We test result quality, edge cases, approvals, and a safe handover using realistic examples.

  4. 04Hand over

    Your team stays in control

Operation, boundaries, maintenance, and the next sensible expansion are documented in clear language.

The specific timeline is set after the workflow review—not before we understand the integration scope.

Who builds the agent with you

We do not build AI demos.
We build the process that keeps running afterwards.

I am Ahmet Köse, founder of kosecom Marketing. My background is in hands-on agency work—projects where the outcome cannot be a presentation, but has to be something that actually works. That is where I saw how much valuable time disappears into the recurring steps in between.

That is why I build agents that do more than answer questions. They understand an existing workflow, use approved tools, carry out the agreed steps, and know when a person needs to make the decision.

A clear investment

The process runs. Your team gets time back.

You are not paying for a bot or for a set number of automations. You are investing in an execution-focused workflow that can create speed and capacity—the foundation for handling more business reliably. The starter project begins at €3,800. We price additional processes, integrations, and extensions around your specific system.

A clear fit—not AI theatre

Is this starter project right for your team?

Process review / Fit4 CRITERIA
Probably not a fit if …
  • you are looking for an off-the-shelf chatbot
  • there is no clearly defined process yet
  • every decision should run without human control
  • you expect unlimited custom development for a fixed fee
A strong fit if …
  • the same workflow repeatedly consumes attention
  • several connected steps produce one result
  • people should decide only at defined points
  • you want to start with a testable process

Before you decide

Questions worth answering before our first call.

No hidden assumptions. If your case falls outside the starter scope, we will tell you clearly during the initial call.

01Can the agent create real work, or does it only transfer data?

It can take over the execution-focused part of a clearly defined process. Depending on the business, that can include research, analysis, creating content or documents, operating tools, running checks, or delivering results. Data transfer may be part of the workflow, but it is not the product.

02Is this just one automated task?

No. We define an existing process and map the connected steps from initial request to finished result. Within that boundary, the agent takes over multiple tasks, handovers, and control points.

03Do we have to replace our existing tools?

Usually not. The agent works with the tools, knowledge sources, and output channels that make sense for the selected process. During the initial call, we assess which integrations are realistic within the starter project.

04Does the agent make critical decisions on its own?

Only when that is explicitly appropriate, low-risk, and agreed. For sensitive actions, we build in approval points. The agent stops, provides the relevant context, and waits for a human decision.

05What happens when a case is ambiguous?

The agent does not invent an answer for unclear or uncovered cases. It follows a defined fallback, flags the case, and hands it to the responsible person with the relevant context.

06How long does implementation take?

That depends on the workflow, system access, and test cases. After the workflow review, you receive a specific project plan. We do not promise a generic delivery time before the integration scope has been assessed.

07What ongoing costs should we expect?

Infrastructure, model, and API costs depend on the systems used and actual usage. These costs are disclosed transparently before implementation and are not hidden inside a flat project fee.

The next sensible step

Show us the work that keeps coming back.
We will show you what an agent can take over.

The first call is not about finding a tool we can sell you. It is about identifying which existing process can be automated from initial request to finished result—and whether that creates meaningful gains in speed, capacity, and room to grow.
